Sip Into Spring: Iced Honey Lavender Latte (At-Home Recipe)

Spring is in the air—and it’s the perfect time to freshen up your coffee routine with something light, floral, and just sweet enough. Our go-to this season? A homemade Iced Honey Lavender Latte. It’s easy to make, beautifully fragrant, and tastes like a gentle walk through a blooming garden.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 shot of espresso (we love using our Empire Espresso Roast for this)
  • ¾ cup of milk or oat milk
  • 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
  • ½ tsp dried culinary lavender
  • Ice

How to make it:

  1. In a small saucepan, gently warm your milk with the honey and lavender. Let it steep for 5 minutes (don’t boil).
  2. Strain the milk to remove the lavender bits, then chill it.
  3. Pour the shot of espresso over ice.
  4. Add your infused milk, stir, and sip!

It’s fresh, calming, and perfectly balanced—just like spring should be.
