Sip Into Spring: Iced Honey Lavender Latte (At-Home Recipe)
Spring is in the air—and it’s the perfect time to freshen up your coffee routine with something light, floral, and just sweet enough. Our go-to this season? A homemade Iced Honey Lavender Latte. It’s easy to make, beautifully fragrant, and tastes like a gentle walk through a blooming garden.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 shot of espresso (we love using our Empire Espresso Roast for this)
- ¾ cup of milk or oat milk
- 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
- ½ tsp dried culinary lavender
- Ice
How to make it:
- In a small saucepan, gently warm your milk with the honey and lavender. Let it steep for 5 minutes (don’t boil).
- Strain the milk to remove the lavender bits, then chill it.
- Pour the shot of espresso over ice.
- Add your infused milk, stir, and sip!
It’s fresh, calming, and perfectly balanced—just like spring should be.
